How It Works

Step 1 - Collecting the Material

DNT Shredding will provide you with collection containers, which remain at your facility. Options include the Dura Flex Console and the E-Series Secure Collection Carts. Your employees will be able to easily deposit confidential material in these containers at anytime. The containers remain locked and secure until the scheduled shredding day, making this the optimal way to handle confidential document shredding.

Step 2 - Onsite Document Shredding

On the day your company schedules, DNT Shredding personnel will arrive at your facility to collect the secure document containers and take them to the DNT mobile shredding truck, for onsite secure document shredding at your location. The containers are loaded into the shredding truck, where they are emptied into the shredding system. At no time is it necessary for our personnel to handle your confidential documents. All material is shredded quickly and efficiently, and you are provided with a Certificate of Destruction.

Step 3 - Secure and Responsible Destruction

Once your confidential documents have been shredded, we will recycle the shredded paper. Recycling is done daily to insure the full destruction of documents, and to promote environmental responsibility. For every ton of shredded documents we recycle, 17 trees are saved.
